Rose Vine art

This time I came up with a rose vine design and found some glittery roses at AC Moore for $4 a pack and I used 2 packs $8 + $3 plywood + $2 wood pieces glued on the back to hang it up by.

This picture is with less light. I was tiring to get rid of the shine.

Halloween Count down

I was going to make a calender for Octorber but all the 31 pumpkins would not fit on the board that I had so I made a count down to Halloween. Here are my supplies. Wood $1 Micheals, Wood shapes $.59 Micheals, and foam pumpkins $2.99 Micheals.

I used some letters I already had to spell out days until. I super glued everything but for the numbers. I used kids roll on glue for them because it never stays on and I can just take them right off to change them out.
I put it up a little early. But it was so cute.....

The bird House Wall

This was the beginning of the birdhouse wall in my daughters room.
The houses were bought at Micheals, AC Moore, and Walmart from $1 to $5.

It kept growing but seemed a little off balance.

I think it is finally done....

Bird Cages

I found some really cute bird cages in different colors at Micheals in their $1 bins. I hung them up with fishing wire and push pins. I added a few birds from the dollar tree.
Can you see the little birdies in the cages.

Old drop leaf table

New coat of plant for drop leaf table. The table we got for $15 Craigslist find. It was very dirty and had lots of paint runs on it I guess from the last attempt to paint it.

We spent 2 days removing every drop of paint. Which is hard on the rounded areas.

Then I spray painted a coat of white paint on it just to give it a base coat.
Then 3 more coats of paint later and it is bright white and we added a $1 knob from Micheals that had a skeleton key on it.
