We got 26 Balloons from the Dollar store.
We can only get 12 in the car at a time so it took 2 trips.
I taped the strings to the floor so they would make
3 rows of balloons.
My Husband made a lot of test cakes to
get these cute little rainbow cakes.
He never put any of the cake in his mouth.
